Night-of accommodations in the farmhouse are included with daily rental, with check-out at 10 am the next morning. The Farmhouse offers a roomy layout with 4 comfortable bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, making it a perfect spot for getting ready. Plenty of natural light fills the space, creating a warm atmosphere and featuring full-length mirrors for those final touches. It can comfortably host up to 10 guests, allowing your loved ones to be nearby as you prepare for your big day. For those who wish to extend their experience, you have the option to book extra nights in our farmhouse in conjunction with your special event for $450 per night. This allows for a more leisurely and memorable stay amidst the beauty of the farm.

Amenities at Coulbourn

The historic barn was renovated to include three bathrooms, one of which is conveniently handicap accessible to ensure that all guests can comfortably enjoy their time on the farm. The designated bar and caterer preparation area within the barn is thoughtfully equipped with essential amenities, featuring a convenient sink, counter space for food and drink preparation, and a refrigerator to keep everything fresh and ready for your special event. There's convenient parking available for up to 40 vehicles in the barnyard area, complete with ample additional overflow space to accommodate even more guests and ensure everyone has a hassle-free experience. Use of the lodge is also included as a fantastic get-ready location, complete with a mini fridge for your beverages, tables, chairs and a cozy couch for your comfort. Two of our dedicated staff will be on site to handle any emergencies or maintenance issues that may arise during your event. They are also ready and willing to assist with parking arrangements to ensure everything runs smoothly for you and your guests.

The Barn is allowed up to 99 occupants

The Farm can host upwards of around 150 guests with an event tent put up adjacent to the Barn, a popular option with past guests. Our scenic grounds offer several stunning ceremony spots, each with unique views to make your wedding day unforgettable. Choose from various beautiful backdrops and comfortable seating options to enhance your celebration.

Tables and Chairs included

Coulbourn Farm features eight custom-built rectangular tables, each 8 feet long and 30 inches wide, seating 8 to 10 guests, along with one sweetheart table. We also offer 10 round tables, 72 inches in diameter, seating 8 to 10 guests each, ideal for a warm event atmosphere. Linens are necessary for a polished look; we suggest 90”x132” floor-length options for an elegant touch. Additionally, there are 10 rectangular banquet tables, also 8 feet by 30 inches, available for your event.

For indoor seating arrangements, included are 100 folding fruitwood wooden chairs adorned with elegant cream cushions, perfect for providing comfort and style. Additionally, we have another 100 white folding chairs available for outdoor use, such as seating for a ceremony.

In addition to those delightful features, we also provide beautifully crafted decorative barrels, charming spools, an exquisite arch for photo opportunities, and a fun corn hole set to keep your guests entertained.

Limited availability remaining for 2025, booking at $4,250 per day

The farm offers a comprehensive rental package, which includes all of the aforementioned amenities and features, for a total price of $4,250 for the entire day. Your rental package comes with ample parking for guests, essential amenities, access to kitchen facilities is included, along with tables, chairs, and on farm decorations. Coulbourn Farm also offers flexibility for outside vendors, ensuring your day is tailored to your exact specifications. From intimate gatherings to grand celebrations, everything you need for a memorable occasion is at your fingertips.

how big of a small party?

For smaller private events such as memorable birthday parties, delightful baby showers, and other intimate gatherings, we offer a generous 4-hour time block for just $500. This pricing covers the event duration and the block of time allows for both setup and cleanup, ensuring your special occasion is seamlessly managed from start to finish. Small parties are about two dozen or less, and can be held in the house or barn.

Seasonality of the Farm

The barn at Coulbourn Farm is available for rental during the spring and fall seasons, as it lacks climate control, making it less comfortable during summer heat and winter cold.
