Coulbourn Farm produces Lavender, celebrated for its calming properties and vibrant color. This aromatic plant thrives in well-drained soil, its delicate purple blooms are a source of essential oils and hydrosols.
red corn
We also produce Jimmy Red Corn, a unique heirloom variety known for its striking deep red kernels and rich, complex flavor profile for distilling.

Coulbourn Farm was purchased by the Bounds’ in 2018 from the Cropper family, who maintained the farm with integrity and preserved its original charm, allowing us to enjoy its beauty and history today.
